Day 4 of Banana Island: Is this Banana Boat Sunk?

The voyage looked promising, and all the people were bounding with excitement and fully prepared with loads of luggage to begin their voyage to that exotic island full of bananay-goodness.  All started off well, but soon things took a turn for the worse, with massive winds and thunder rolling in that sent the ship off its track and into the waters below.  Sunk.  End of the Banana Boat.

Day 3 of Banana Island: Forecast = Wind Advisory!

When they say that Chicago is "The Windy City,"  I didn't realize they based the nickname off of my musically-inclined colon.  I guess I should be honored that my city thought so highly of me in that regards, but embarrassment sort of trumps any sense of pride.  :-)

Day 2 of Banana Island

Didn't sleep much again last night b/c I was up late visiting the porcelean throne.  Is my digestion finally starting to become more regular?  Twice in one day is a record for me!  

Day 1 of Banana Island

Today marks the first day on this yellowy island full of sweet yummy mono goodness.  So far, so good, despite some minor snafus:

First Week as a LFRVegan in Review

So today marks my first week as a LFRVegan (well, I actually began it last Tuesday 11/22/11, but I fasted for the first half of the day to ease my transition.... but let's not get too technical, lol).
